Honda Global Experience with Flex Fuel

This is the first Flex Fuel bike from Honda in India. But Honda already has a lot of experience in this technology. In Brazil, Honda has sold over 70 lakh Flex Fuel bikes.
In India, TVS was the first company to introduce a Flex Fuel bike (Apache RTR 200 Fi E100), but it was never sold because ethanol fuel was not available in most places.

Engine and Performance

  • The CB300F Flex Fuel has a 293.52cc, single-cylinder engine.
  • It is oil-cooled and uses Honda’s PGM-FI (fuel injection) system.
  • This engine is made for E85 fuel, which means 85% ethanol and 15% petrol.
  • It gives 24.5 bhp power and 25.9 Nm torque.
  • It has a 6-speed gearbox with assist and slipper clutch for smooth gear changes.
