Nikhil Sosale, a senior RCB official, has been arrested by the Bengaluru Police.
He was involved in organizing the event without police permission.

The Karnataka government has also suspended top police officials and appointed Seemanth Kumar Singh as the new Bengaluru Police Commissioner.
