England Announces Squad for 1st Test Against India – New Faces Tongue and Cook Join the Team

England has announced its team for the first Test match against India. The match will start on 20 June 2025 in Leeds.

In this England team, two new players are added:

  • Josh Tongue – a medium-fast bowler
  • Sam Cook – a fast bowler who uses his right hand

Chris Woakes is also back in the team after some time.
